Purchased an oversized hoodie, cashier had trouble removing sensor from my hoodie. They proceeded to “go use the sensor remover elsewhere” , after 5 mins of waiting , girl finally came all sus with my hoodie already folded and placed in my bag. Before laundry my gf noticed there was a big hole behind the neck area where they place their sensors. Looks like they forced sensor off. Very poor service. Could have notified me to grab another hoodie from rack if they had damaged my hoodie.

Lots of great clothes that range from casual to a little more dressy. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find items in your size here due to clothes not being in any particular order.

Staffs are very welcoming. ALYSSA & another lovely friendly Lady in the other side of the Counter were so pleasant. The entire Floor was Neat and clean. Highly recommended.

Went at 7pm on a Wednesday and it took 15 minutes just to pick up my online order. 7+ employees standing around and when I informed one of them that I was picking up my order, she said she couldn't help me and to wait in the regular line despite a sign at the register that says you should inform a sales associate if your online order is ready to pick up. Had to show my order # two times to two employees before they even went in the back room. After receiving my order, I asked to use the fitting room. The guy said he couldn't open it and to ask someone else (later I saw him open it for another customer). I indeed asked someone else and she asked yet another employee to open the fitting room door. No apology for the long wait in line nor the lengthy retrieval of the actual order. Very disorganized and poorest customer service I have experienced at any A&F. I do not plan on returning to this store.

Great customer service. Great environment. The staff helped me return a couple of items, and helped me order a replacement because they didn’t have the same stock on hand. She also did a price match for me just to make sure I don’t have to pay more. Great experience!

Sometimes I come to Abercrombie & Fitch and leave with 3 full bags, and sometimes I leave with nothing. But they always have great service and the prices and designs are a must.

I really like the service I received at this store. It was my very first visit to the Arcadia Mall and even though it was extremely crowded that Sunday, I saw nothing but smiles and constant follow up to my requests for sizes etc. Overall great experience.
